According to Frank Jules of AT&T at the Kelsey Conference.  Pretty impressive.

Frank has walked us through a number of digital initiatives that AT&T is attacking and it’s pretty impressive.  There’s nothing here that has a wow factor and they are doing everything you would expect them to do (e.g. call tracking, TV on demand YP, ad supported 411, mobile, etc.), but the fact that they are doing all of it is wow factor enough.

“Search, Discover, Transact” is their manta and they are making a big play for a social experience targeting “echo boomers”.  This is where I think they are going to face their biggest challenge.  Everything else I believe they can pull off no problem – it’s just technology.

But I wonder how many people will find themselves drawn in by a social experience?  Should be interesting to find out.

I’m actually excited about online social networks and the marketing power they bring to products both online and offline. While I think the traditional Yellow Pages is a dying industry, online yellowpages is gaining more traction especially since it tends to be more cost-effective when you consider how much it costs to place a half-page ad on a physical phone directory and factor in the declining number of people who actually use it.

Would you have detail information for AT&T’s’s sales for Video Ads in ‘08. Does 20K mean numbers to add videos ?

Does anyone know of the company doing the video for AT&T? I was told it was a company in New Jersey USA Voxsi or similar. Can anyone give me the contact information for them? AT&T is very secret about this.

We do wholesale SEO and would like to contact them to do video for us.
