    I love #9.

Is landing page optimization included in #5? Because most SMB landing pages are in dire need of an overhaul.

    Item 9: Yes. Sigh.

#11. Use the Google & Bing disavow tool to rid site of it’s “good ol SEO” 2007 tactics, eh!!!

I’ve been using the Google disavow tool with great success to clean up new clients shady link profiles from previous SEO work. It seems to work well with sites hit by the Penguin algorithm. The most important thing I have found is to make sure those disavowed links are crawled as quickly as possible by Google to ensure the disavow requests are actioned.

Love the list! Its beauty is in its simplicity.

Now what’s the going rate for something like that? 🙂

One question though, how do you do review generation? I’m guessing that you’re not the sort of dodgy fellow that buys reviews.

Great list that would work for any SEO campaign!

(well, may be #4 is local SEO specific, but the rest is surely universal =)

So I guess the meta-point is that local seo is as painful as a poorly placed Barbie doll ? 😉
