An Ode To Google LSAs
I found something poetic about this email that just came in from one of our small business clients:
hello Andrew et al,
Just to let you know that about a week ago we started running a $50/day budget in G Ads PPC. In addition we got verified for Local Service Ads.
Local Service Ads verification was quite an ordeal, requiring more documents than a DUNS application!
With PPC, The GFG (girl from google) said 2 weeks for the algo to machine learn and see results. We’ll see.
Similarly, we put in a small budget for Local Service Ads for Plastic Surgeon , but as we see it, it is a gigantic rip off, charging $70+ for each call they connect. Totally not worth it, but I spent so much time on verification and getting that damn green checkmark, we are going to stay in with a small budget. The calls that come through are not looking for elective surgery.
