Allowing anyone to add the local business search functionality of DexKnows.com to a webpage enhances the opportunity for our advertisers to connect with consumers.
Regarding widgetbox, there are some limitations – such as the ability to get a clean SEO link to your site – but it also offers some nice advantages, such as:
- Highly visited site…they currently do have the world’s largest collection of widgets and lead the widget space online.
- Social networking support…easy way for users to put widget into sites like Facebook, Blogger, Ning, etc…

We have a weather widget on WidgetBox (that someone else put up actually) and we get a clean link back to our site no problem.
Almost 10000 installs on WidgetBox too.
