Palore is doing the industry a favor by exposing the reach (and limitations) of user-review. It reminds me of when MS conducted focus groups after the release of the first few versions of DOS. All the users could come up with is- give us a faster version of DOS!! They couldn’t envision a graphical user interface, or the next-generation of OS. So, I’ll think we’ll hear for quite a while that the answer to this problem is “More Reviews”.

Sure, they should start with the important factors to SD diners:
1. Average wait time at the drive through
2. Number of waitresses named Marge or Shirley
3. 18 wheeler parking
4. Buffet density of breaded items

Isn’t that the Deadwood state??? If so what about the Gem Saloon…..
I’m off to South Carolina in about 60 minutes and will review EVERYTHING as I do here in North Carolina and slightly did in California!
Have a great week
