I am really excited about the advent of smartphones like the iPhone and Android. The blurring of the phone and the desktop is going to make mobile shopping really work. High gas prices will make people want to do more research before they get in the car. (Today they announced a local search app for the iPhone). At the beginning of the summer we saw a lot of searches for “prom dresses” and you would have thought that it would have tailed off by now but it’s still going strong.
