In our last episode local search start-up Grayboxx had apparently been sold to Bay Advisor who was going to exploit Grayboxx’s PreferenceScoring technology in new and fantastical ways. Now word on the street is that Grayboxx walked away from that deal because its backers thought they could get a better one elsewhere. At the time of this report, Grayboxx is apparently being pursued by multiple local search luminaries, all of whom think the Gray in the boxx can put them in the black and make some green.
Gboxx? Grayhoo? Liveboxx? Asxx? GrayBook? Judys Boxx? Stay tuned…
