No, I don’t have some crazy cool new Iphone app.  But I did finally get around to installing the mobilepress plugin so now you can get all of your wholesome local seo goodness on your mobile device with no muss and no fuss.

Thank you posting this. I had NO IDEA there was a mobilepress plug-in! Maybe I ride the short bus but this is going to help me so much!

Your blog looks good on my iPhone Andrew!

I’ve been using a plug-in called WPTouch on my blog: http://www.bravenewcode.com/wptouch/

It changes the look of the blog to make it easy to access and read in a mobile format, and is specific to the iPhone.

Mobilepress looks like it tries to preserve the look & feel of your blog, and works on other devices too.

If you want to visually see the difference:

Here’s how a mobilepress enabled blog looks on the iPhone.

and here’s how awptouch enabled blog looks on the iPhone.

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for using MobilePress. To clarify on the comment left by Don Campell, this is how MobilePress looks on the iPhone – https://www.localseoguide.com/local-seo-guide-now-on-the-iphone/?iphone

We will be releasing newer themes soon, as well as others optimized for the iPhone. You can also use WPTouch and MobilePress together. MobilePress will ensure that users on other mobile devices will get served a mobile friendly version of your blog.
