Any of my readers who have sites that generate a decent amount of local search traffic and are looking for ways to increase their CPMs drop me a line at localseo-at-localseoguide.com.  I might have something interesting for you.

Update: This is not intended for local business sites (e.g. a local mattress retailer), but rather for local directories and similar sites

    Hi,

I have one such site, it is called http://www.happycustomers.com.au and is a local targeted word of mouth portal.

I am interested in why you make such a distinction between local materess retailer and local business directory with your suggestion.

    Looking forward to your idea.

    Thanks,

    Greg

Local Search Engine Optimization. We have key words from google. We are interested in organic search placement. In google search (if type: Corona Yellow Pages) you will find us second or third. The County is Riverside CA and when you type in google Riverside Yellow Pages in ht e Organic Listing were usally on the second page.

Andrew we appreciate your insight. Also we had some real success with one of your concepts. As the CEO of one of the more complete local search engines in Southern California. I’d like to say that completing profile information on local search portals is important to local business, and with ieyellow.com there is no cost.
