He tested how to get more calls from your Yahoo Local listing.  This technique resulted in “1.8x more calls”:

1. Insert Keyword into Business Name
2. Upgrade to a Yahoo Local Enhanced Listing
3. Write a well optimized description
4. Get plenty of 5 Star Reviews
