I have been remiss in updating the plugins to this blog since the launch. Thanks to some excessive comment spamming I am now pleased to announce that I have implemented Lucia’s Linky Love DoFollow Plugin. From here on in all new commenters will be automatically nofollowed for a period of time until you are deemed non-spam.
Now back to our regulary scheduled programming.

That is a good idea.
Hope things work well utilizing this new tool. I recieved this post through a Google Alert and I hope to post without being deemed spam.
Thanks!

Well andrew, i have dofollow on my blog but i don’t make people make at least 3 comments before they can have a linkback, i just delete spam, this is just holding people to ransom what you are doing, trying to force people to come back to your site, anyway if you want a link make a comment or trackback at my site, as long as i dont get spam anyone can comment, not just returning customers begging for a linkback like a puppy dog.Cheers Mick…

Mick,
I am not trying to put up barriers to real commenters, only to real spammers. Hopefully the three comment rule encourages comments from people who don’t participate just to get a dofollow link.
