I am guessing this is some sort of glitch, but just saw this double rating result in a search for “auto repair concord”. It appears that the data being displayed comes from AutoVitals.com.

It’s not a glitch, Andrew.
We managed to get those for a client of ours in Germany. It’s been around for a few weeks now.
hReview on the landing page + reviews from the listing = wunderbar result
You can check the example when you search for “Kramar Steuerberatung Aachen” in google.de
P.S. It works slower in .de than it does in .com, .ca and .co.uk.

Nyagoslav is right…
We have been playing around with this concept for a few weeks. My goal is to get an hcard 5 star review on a listing that google places shows 1 star for. That should confuse the masses.
