BreakThrough Radio, an enterprising music site in New York, sent over this woman-on-the-street video interviewing consumers and businesses about how social media impacts their decisions on where to eat, shop, etc.

    Good stuff. I think business owners are Yelp’s biggest traffic source by far…

    I have a love/hate relationship with Yelp. I look at it for laughs more than anything else. There are a lot of reviewers in my neck of the woods who’ve perfected writing hilariously snarky reviews – it can be laugh-till-you-cry reading sometimes. By the way – was that a mobile pet adoption van? I stopped going to petstores because the cats made me sad – now they’re on the sidewalk?!
